The front desk lady was very nice. Only downside is that we did not know who to use the washer and had to wait for maintenance but had a flight to catch so we ended up not doing laundry. Great location. You can walk to a lot or of stores and restaurants. There is also a 24 hr grocery store around the corner. Would definitely stay here again.

Wonderful location, very friendly staff, beautiful room with views of the city. Very quiet considering it was in the heart of the city with a rooftop bar (nice place to watch the sunset). Definitely recommend!

Broken safe box. Requested to fix but never respond. We have to carry our passport and valuable belongings during four days on the streets in Madrid. We feel stress and unpleasant when walking on the streets as concerned pickpockets.

Friendly and helpful staff! A great location a short walk to Plaza Mayor and Puenta del Sol - surrounded by shopping and restaurants. Our room was spacious with lots of windows looking out over Gran Via that open for fresh air plus two French doors to a nice private terrace. Comfortable bed and very clean. Great shower and nice modern kitchenette.

Location Location Location!!!! Excellent property located in the heart of Madrid!!!! We got a Studio w/Terrace suite and it was perfect, except (why I didn't give 5 stars) the blackout curtain in the middle window was broken the 1st and 2nd hook where not grabbing curtain so the light coming in thru that corner was enough to not let you sleep. I advised on day 2 went out the whole day and it wasnt repaired. Complained on day 3 same thing, complained on day 4 to housekeeping gal same thing. Just gave up after that.

Exactly what we needed for our stay in Madrid. Loved that there was a separate living area from the bedroom. Full kitchenette provided and a washing machine. Staff were always friendly and professional. We walked to most points of interest.

The staff is the most wonderful part of this rental. The unit was an apartment with two bathrooms and two separate private bedrooms, a full kitchen with a washer and dryer and the location is prime in front of a bus and train and lots of shopping and lots of eating everywhere. There is a rooftop bar and restaurant which does attract many guests from outside, so sometimes the elevators are busy, but otherwise a perfect place for a group of friends or family.

We stayed at the property early October for three nights. It was close to shopping and restaurants given that it was on Gran Vía. Not too far from Plaza Mayor and other important landmarks. Our suite was nice, beds were comfortable but had some typical wear and tear. There was a small leak from the kitchen sink but was not a big deal since we did not use the kitchen. We informed front desk and they assured us they would let administration know. Taxis were easy to get from outside the building. Overall, it was a good experience.

The location is great. Walkable to many of the tourists spot. 1 min walk to Metro station which is also changeable station, you cAn go everywhere easily. The staff is polite and helpful. The room is clean and spacious with equip with all home appliances, such as washing/drying machine, microwave/grill oven, refrigerator etc. that facilitate your stay. Highly recommend to all.

Excellent studio terrace room. View from the room right across the city. We were on the 9th floor. Yes there is city noise but we enjoyed watching and listening to the buzz of the city. When the door were closed the noise was gone and we were able to sleep peacefully. I would definitely recommend this hotel and specifically the terrace room. We booked half board and I would not recommend that you do this. The staff seemed unsure if the half board dinner option. There was no menu to view. They read out he options which was sometimes difficult due to the language barrier. Only 3 options for starts, mains and dessert. We were there for 5 nights meaning we'd need to eat the same food at least twice. I didn't enjoy the main courses therefore we were forced to eat out one night to get a break from the food. We would definitely come back to the hotel booking the room only option as there are so many eating places around the hotel.
