Nice apartment with everything you need to be comfortable, best location, just a block away from Callao metro station. Good internet connection and friendly staff. Only one constructive note: a broom and shovel as well as soap, a bit sugar or cofre envelope would be weolcome

The room room was good, clean, cosy, the kitchen is well preparred. I was asked to do on-line check in what I did, but when I arrived I needed to do it "manually". I asked for an invoice, but seemed its a complicate task for the staff, but finally they did it.

I'm never coming back. The staff lies and cheats guests. The accommodation is like a hostel for workers. You can't hang your towels anywhere, the rooms are not soundproofed, they don't have fire doors. The beds are not for two adults, but at most a child and one adult. I do not recommend. You will be disappointed!

Amazing location, just a small place
Clean little studio but very tiny. The sofa bed was really small and not the best for 2 people sharing, but it was warm and a brilliant location! Only issue was we booked an extra night and had it confirmed that we could stay in the same room but there must have been a lack of communication between staff as we had housekeeping banging on our door telling us to get out the morning we were originally going to leave.
