Good hotel with excelent location. It was very clean. The staff was very kind. One negative aspect: we could hear the sound of the other guests in the next room. This is something that is not acceptable for a hotel of this category.

Love staying at The Wellington! Location is ideal for shopping and sightseeing- off the main thoroughfare by a block gives it warm feel. The moment you arrive, the staff welcome you and the accommodations are perfect. The Wellington Club is worth the extra expense…. Lived having afternoon cocktail on the patio at the club. Highly recommend this hotel if you travel to Madrid.

Beautifully decorated, room size is adequate and there’s a lot of stores and restaurants within walking distance. Also, amazing gym, it’s huge compared to what you normally find in European hotels.

Es un hotel magnífico. Desde su localización en la zona más agradable de la ciudad a pasos del Parque del Retiro, hasta sus instalaciones. Great hotel in a wonderful location!
Excellent hotel in a wonderful location! Loads of super restaurants all around. Le Quentin is one I would recommend. Their breakfast is really good and the staff are ever so well trained that it’s always service with a smile.

Hidden Gem in Barrio Salamanca
I truly enjoyed my stay at the Wellington. The service is excellent, rooms are clean and nicely renovated. The food and attention at the hall was top notch. The staff strives to provide you with the best service. The concierge is very responsive and assisted me with all my dinner reservations. He also provided recommendations on the spot. Barrio Salamanca is quiet and hotel is walking distance from Serrano shopping area. Parque del retiro is also a short walk away. I would not hesitate to stay here again.
