Sea view with cozy room, spacious and clean, the distance to ferry terminal is ideal. Self check in without key or keypad is very convenient. Washing machine is powerful and the dryer was equipped. Nice experience for our family. Highly recommended for family stay

Great value for money
I was surprised how new the building was. The room was nicely set up. Location is very convenient in town with all groceries and eateries. Very comfortable stay. The only minor request would be if the hot water is hot but not boiling hot and you cannot adjust it. Great value for money. I will stay there again for my next visit.

全体的に清潔で快適なホテル
フロントでのチェックインは無く、事前にスマートキーのコードが送られてくるので、スタッフを介さずに部屋に入ることができます。 室内は清掃が行き届いており、快適です。 キッチンも付いており、最低限の調理器具や食器、カトラリーが常備されているため、室内で調理することも可能です。 駐車場に停められる台数は多いです。 ただ屋根付きのところは少し狭めで、他の車が停まっていると入れづらいかもしれません。

立地はよく、一見清潔で明るいお部屋でした。 枕元に虫が出たりするまでは。 虫を見つけた時間は、電話対応時間を過ぎていた為、虫の写真を添付しメールで連絡をしました。メールでの即答はなく翌朝頂きました。枕交換をして下さると仰いましたが、既に外出先にいた為、直後は虫にさされた様子もなかった為、あきらめて予定通りそのまま宿泊しました。残念なことにチェックアウト日には首元に数カ所さされた跡が。すてきなホテルと思いましたが、衛生面に関しては単に枕交換でなく、客室の変更も配慮すべきだと思います。 その他、換気扇のパイプ管？からでしょうか、ものすごいうるさい警音のような音がします。建物の客室に繋がっている換気管？に不具合があるのか、こちらも残念すぎました。 虫よけの配置、清掃管理、建物のメンテナンス、ぜひご検討ください。 ホテルに対して初めてこんなに意見を述べてしまいましたが、今後に期待をしたいホテルだと思いましたのでお許しください。

直上階の人が朝も夜も非常にうるさくて参りました ホテル側に電話で注意をお願いしましたがほとんど改善されず。 椅子や机を頻繁に動かす様な引きずり音が断続的に続きました 朝は7時過ぎから、夜は25時ごろまで 落ち着いて過ごせませんでした トラブルにも怖いので直接の行動は取れませんでした ホテルには大変満足していますのでリピートしています とても残念でした
