Quiet hotel in the residential area. Sparingly but nicely furnished in the style of the early twentieth century. A good breakfast. Free parking doesn’t offer enough places, but we found a spot on the street.

Friendly and welcoming hotel
Enjoyed our stay. Location was good and the tram service nearby. Staff were friendly and welcoming and it is a great idea to have a coffee machine in the reception area. Breakfast choice was very good

Good except for ....
One non-helpful male desk clerk along with 5 or 6 helpful ones. Wi-fi was weak in room. But the free parking is a ruse. There were 5 or six free spots in an interior court yard if you got them before others. If not, you had to find on street parking in a crowded residential area. Or, you could PAY ~$8 for a inside garage that was very tight to enter. Good Breakfast .

Nice hotel, easy to access from motorway
We had a nice clean room with adequare facilities. We were happy with the check in staff but the restaurant food and service in the evening was only average. However, in the morning,, the breakfast food was fine and the service was very good (different staff).

Disapointed with the front desk
I did not like the response of the lady at the time of check out. She would not answer my question concerning the billing. I asked the question at least 6 times and no answer. It was a simple request that I believe deserved an answer. Otherwise I was pleased with all of the services up until the last 10 minutes. I will be returning to Magdeburg on September 3rd and will stay at a different hotel. This problem is not one I would share with others as everything else during my stay was very good.
