☆RENTAL POLICY☆
Must be at least 22 years old to rent.
You will need to complete a rental agreement after booking with us, provide
proof of ID for verification purposes, and provide a $300 security deposit hold.
This hold will take place a few days before your booking and will be released a few days after your booking.
These things will be needed in order to receive any check-in information.

UP TO 2 DOGS ARE ALLOWED PER STAY, but you must select pets at the time of booking. The pet fee will automatically be included in the listed (host) fees. If this is not selected at the time of booking, there will be an additional $125 pet fee charged. Additional dogs may be considered, on a case by case basis. If approved, an extra fee will apply. Guests must clean up after their dogs in the yard and neighborhood.

☆AREA☆
It is an easy drive to the property. It is a hilly area, but there are no steep or dangerous roads to climb.
While we are located very close to the strip of Maggie Valley, we are in a small neighborhood area.
There are houses to the left and right of our cottage.

Valley Breeze is nestled in the scenic town of Maggie Valley, known for its natural beauty and proximity to outdoor recreational opportunities. Enjoy hiking, viewing waterfalls, fishing, and exploring the Great Smoky Mountains National Park, which is just a short drive away. During the winter, Maggie Valley is a ski town, with Cataloochee Ski Area being only a few minutes away. The nearby Lake Junaluska area provides beautiful walking paths as well as opportunities to fish, kayak, golf, swim in the community pool, and playing rounds of pickle ball. The town of Maggie Valley also offers a variety of local dining, shopping, and entertainment options.

Birthday trip
I stayed at the Valley Breeze for my birthday over the weekend and it was incredible!!! The house was beautiful and the neighborhood was peaceful! The communication from the hosts was always quick and they are so welcoming! They sent detailed emails about the check in and out instructions and also emailed me to make sure everything was perfect while I was there. I will definitely book with them again!!!

Cabin was in excellent shape. Extremely clean. New remodeled kitchen and bathroom. Newer furniture. Enjoyed our stay. Only have one suggestion. Bathroom was very small and could use a little larger vanity. No place to put toiletries. Hot tub was very nice. Very close to everything in Maggie Valley. Overall would consider renting again.

This property is updated, clean, home away from home feel. Kitchen was well supplied. Hot tub was clean and heated up nicely. Loved being able to play PacMan, my childhood favorite. I spent time rocking on the porch, amazingly peaceful. A TON to do within driving distance. We will definitely book again.

Very relaxing stay
Everything looks just like the photos. The home was very clean. Even though there really isn't much of a view in summer, the porch/deck was my favorite place...sitting in the rockers and eating at the table. We did not get into the hot tub but we all want to stay here again and hope to try it out! The neighborhood was pretty quiet as well but you are super close to everything downtown Maggie Valley! We would definitely come back!

Great getaway close to the smokey mountains but far from the bustle
We loved our stay at this property. Maggie Valley is such a calm retreat compared to other areas near the Smokey Mountain National Park. The property was clean, as described, easy to find, and check in was a breeze. We enjoyed the hot tub every evening of our stay. If we make another trip to the area we’d love to stay again!

Great little cabin
My boyfriend and I wanted to get away for a quick trip to the NC mountains to celebrate the New Year, and this little cabin was absolutely perfect! It had everything we wanted and needed, including a great rocking chair front porch, a hot tub, a fire pit, fireplace, and comfortable beds. The only thing that was missing was a grill. Other than that it was very nice, clean and charming! Great getaway! Thanks again!

Great communication with the host from the time of booking until checkout. Love the cottage and the fact it is pet friendly! It is very clean with all the towels and linens needed ! The hot tub was a great addition to the stay ! Great location with lots of things to do close by and great restaurants! Would love to stay here again when back in this area ! Just book it and you will have no regrets!

My daughter and I had a wonderful weekend getaway here at Valley Breeze Cottage! The cottage is very, very clean, which is a top priority for me. Also, it is well appointed with comfortable couches and lovely decor. The pictures are a totally accurate account of what you get in this cute place. I come to Maggie Valley often, but this cottage was a beauty. Great communication from our host and the view is beautiful. The location is nice in the middle of all the local attractions. My husband and I had an amazing time and will book with them again.

Life is easy at Valley Breeze
You know that feeling when you walk in your VRBO for the first time and you hope it lives up to the pics..Valley Breeze meets and exceeds expectations. The home is immaculate, thoughtfully and tastefully furnished. The beds are comfortable and linens are super soft. They are wonderfully pet friendly, but if you travel without pets this would still be an awesome option. Great location!! Our hosts Aaron and Jamie went WAY ABOVE AND BEYOND to ensure our stay was what we expected. They were incredible to work with. We are frequent visitors of MV and WV, we would absolutely stay at the Valley Breeze again. Stop scrolling this is the one!!
