Book a hotel near Magic Mountain Ski Area, Idaho

"This is a very adequate property for the value. We stayed at the Horshue hotel, which is the sister property directly across the street from Cactus Petes tower hotel. The rooms are outdated but again, you aren't paying for 5 star accomodations. We stayed in a 2 queen non-smoking room and the beds were very comfortable. Coffee available for the morning, ice maker nearby, and bathrooms are clean with decent towels provided. Quiet stay and plenty of parking. We don't gamble but the casino is always busy. Would recommend making a reservation at their steakhouse, which is the best option for a higher end meal, as this restaurant is very small. They also a few other sit down options. This is our go-to hotel in Jackpot NV and will continue to stay here whenever we pass through."

"It was a little odd when we pulled & the garage door was open, trash was almost falling out of outside trash can. There was a truck in the side yard. I was able to enter with my code (as instructed in welcome email). I walked in the house & back door was unlocked. It was just all a little odd. I messaged the host & he explained the cleaners had just left & the garage door was not working. He said he would come by & fix it. Host was super responsive. Overall, this house was nice, clean, in decent location. A few things I would recommend - a book or something with what we, as guests, need to do before checking out, make sure remotes for each tv are in proper room/location, more kitchen towels/hand towels, be sure to bring your own laundry detergent as none is provided (not huge for us b/c we were only there 2 nights. "This property was so clean and quiet. Perfect escape from the smoke and noise of the casinos when we were done for the night. 1000 times better than a smelly hotel room. Highly recommend staying here."
