The staff didn't give me any information about the hotel when I booked in . I had no information about the breakfast times . There was no information in my room as well. Apart from that the Hotel was beautiful. The breakfast buffet was limited and some of the food overcooked and tastes.

When we arrived we were astonished that the "family room" had only half of an already small wardrobe available with only three hangers for clothes. There was virtually no floor space either so the entire week was spent picking wrinkled clothes from suitcases. This was made worse by the fact there was also no iron in the room. The room was far too warm and when I told reception the air conditioning wasnt working they told me they had turned it off for the entire hotel. Every guest I spoke to complained their room was too hot. The wifi was atrocious which is not good with 7 and 11 year old girls. The tvs had only basic tv which consisted of mostly french speaking channels and as they were not smart tvs we had no netflix or similar to fall back on (although with no wifi they would have been useless anyway.) The breakfast was also a massive let down. In a hotel full of brits i would have hoped for some English/Scottish breakfast options but the only sausages were curry sausages and the bacon was rock hard over cooked streaky bacon. No fried or poached eggs. No hash browns. No sausages or back bacon. No pancakes. Basically it is by far the worst 4 star hotel I have ever stayed in. I would barely give it a 2 star. The hotel also charges for car parking. Pay each time you leave the car park. I thought this was ridiculous for a 4 star hotel. Sorry but I would avoid this place at all costs.

We arrived early hours of the morning and only here for 2 nights we booked this hotel as was a brilliant price it was a last minute trip. We didn’t see much of the hotel but what we did see was great very clean friendly and breakfast was one less thing we had to worry about and something to suit everyone. We would definitely return

In my view the pool area needs updating. The steps into the pool were broken. The hot tub was not hot. The slide was dry and quite painful for the children to go down. There was only two changing rooms and showers in the female change so there was a large queue of people to get dressed. The room was far too hot, we asked about air conditioning and was told they no longer had air conditioning or heating and all of the fans had been given out, we ended up having to sleep with our window wide to the wall with a lamp in front of it to stop it closing. The shop was only open from 4pm and was closed on and off. The softplay was excellent. The outdoor pool was closed which was a shame although understandable due to the weather. Overall the room is beautiful however our stay was uncomfortable due to the heat

Good hotel for the disney park with a free shuttle bus. The breakfast is good and there is also parking however this was for a fee.

The hotel is in a great location for Disney, staff are very friendly. A few down sides, the car park / paths have not been well maintained and the paths are stony and not well lit for late arrival and difficult to pull suitcases.
