Good location, overall enjoyed our stay.
We enjoyed this hotel and its location. We were a bit disappointed with the pool and how cold it was despite the warm weather. The Koz restaurant was great, we had fantastic service and a delicious meal. Overall the staff was very nice and friendly except for one lady who was so cold and really did not seem to want to help or answer any clients and she was unfortunately at front desk. We found out on the last day that we could’ve enjoyed their hotel hotel amenities but we were never told.

No temperature control
Great place but my room was 27 degrees and the thermostat is there for show as it did nothing turning it down for 5 hours. I ended up sleeping with the patio door wide open all night on the ground floor. The other person I was with was given another room, apparently this only affects the right side of the hotel because there are condo owners in it as well.
