Beautiful location/apartment with below standard communication/logistics
First off, this is an awesome location. The apartment is quite lovely but showing beginning signs of struggle. The owner, Renaud, is extremely polite, professional and gets back to you right away. The problem is the local property management. They honestly could not do one thing right our entire trip. From forgetting our airport transfer when we arrived, to not picking up the phone, missing our housekeeping day, to entering the apartment without permission and using our cleaning supplies we had purchased, the management team is a zero. This is a premium apartment with a premium cost so to give 1 dishwasher tab for an entire week is not cool. Be prepared to purchase your own paper towels, toilet paper, dishwasher tabs and even salt and pepper. There is only 1 tea bag and 1 soluble coffee pack a day. A premium place should surely have a few of the basics. So, thumbs up to the location, apt and the owner but we gave a lower rating because the local management team caused us a ton of time and stress...last thing you want on a honeymoon island getaway
