Each villa is large 185 square meters and can accommodate 2 to 6 people and consists of 3 large bedrooms, comfortable and air-conditioned bedrooms, of which two are double and the third twin. Awesome location, plenty of space
The photos really do the location justice; the private beach is right across the street! It’s small, but lovely. We particularly enjoyed watching all the little crabs hustle into their holes in the sand. The house fit our family of four easily, there is private parking in the driveway, and a washing machine and clothesline behind the house. Small supermarkets and great restaurants are within a ten minute drive. Bigger beaches can be found easily. Our only wish was that simple house cleaning supplies like dish soap, sponges, paper towels, and trash bags were provided. Be sure to bring a few of these with you!

Well manteined proprty located in front of the best sandy beaches of the isla.
Huge garden perfectly manteined.Very clean an confortable linen.Well equipped kitchen complete with one very big fridge. Nespresso machine for great coffee as you can find in the best hotel prestigius suites. Tv set with several dozen of channels from all over the world. Fast internet access. Direct beach acces just cross the street. Reef barrier just 100 metrs far away. This protect the beach from high waves, so the sea is always calm. The downsize are the large tides: on low tide you have very low water up to the reef. 30 to 50 cm. Strong suggestion: bring sea shoes for walking up to the close reef. Perfect starting point for visiting all the isle. 5 minute car drive to the market where is possible to buy fresh vegetables, almost all the kind of tropical fruits as well as just caught great fishes. We ate every day different fishes cooked inside the electric owen.Great! Very helpful manager who can arrange for renting car at fair rates and transfer to/from the airport as well as providing for maid or other needs.

Maison très bien située
Nous avons séjourné 2 semaines dans la maison Luana, avec ma famille. La maison est parfaitement située sur l'île pour l'explorer en entier (avec voiture) : deux routes traversants l'île à proximité, plusieurs take away très proches, non loin de l'aéroport sans que ce soit gênant (nous n'avons entendu aucun avion même si nous les avons vu)... Le jardin, la terrasse avec vue sur la mer, la petite plage en face de la maison, étaient un vrai régal. Le contact avec Luana était vraiment très facile et très agréable. La présence de Stanley sur la propriété l'était aussi. Il est très serviable et très discret : cueillette de noix de coco, poissons au barbecue qu'il vient nous aider à acheter au pêcheur, en face de la maison. La possibilité de faire des lessives à la demande est un vrai plus. Changement des draps et serviettes en milieu de séjour. La clim fonctionne très bien. Voilà pour tous les points positifs. Un petit bémol pour la literie, vraiment trop dure pour moi et pour l'hygiène des douches. Sinon, tout le reste était très bien.

Sehr schöne Lage mit großem Garten
Wir waren in dem vorderen der beiden Häuser. Von dort hatte man einen schönen Blick über den Garten, der Gartenmauer (Blickschutz; Schutz vor der Straße) auf die Palmen im Garten und am Meer und das Meer selber. Die Unterkunft ist groß (wir waren dort mit 6 Leuten) und sauber. Alles ist im Wesentlichen vorhanden. Wir haben den Garten, die angenehmen Abende auf der überdachten Terrasse und die Nähe zum Wasser / Strand sehr genossen. Die Agentur war sehr bemüht und sehr gut erreichbar; ebenso Mr. Stanley, der vor Ort wohnt und auf alles ein Auge hat. Die Straße ist übrigens kein Lärmproblem. Der Wind in den Palmen und das Rauschen des Wassers waren "lauter". Zudem geht die Straße (fast) ganz um die Insel rum; wenn ma also in Strandnähe ist, ist man auch in Nähe der Straße. Ich hatte da ein bisschen Sorge, das es nachts zu laut wäre; das war aber nicht der Fall. Die Schlafzimmer haben Klimaanlage, was sehr angenehm ist. Wir würden die Unterkunft Freunden weiterempfehlen und auch selber wieder hinfahren.

Conforme a la description
Nous avons passé 15 jours dans cette villa , enfin celle de derrière , qui nous a parfaitement convenu et en tout point conforme à la description . Nous devions avoir la villa proche mer , mais suite a un soucis technique concernant le ballon d'eau chaude solaire , nous n'avons eu droit qu'a la seconde villa , tout aussi bien équipé et plus en retrait et donc + au calme, parfait. La réactivité de notre hôte a été parfaite compte tenu de certains déboire ( rupture du câble internet et du coup,barbecue offert par notre gardien ce qui nous a permis de goûter au délicieux "Bourgeois" ;) , problème d'une clim qui fut remplacée très rapidement ...) enfin rien a reprocher. Un bémol tout de même qui ne remet rien en cause mais qui est récurrent , ce sont les chiens du voisinage qui se mettent a hurler a la mort en plein milieu de la nuit. Je recommande cette location pour le sérieux et la réactivité de notre hôte.
