Basic hotel. Do it yourself for the most part. Good location from Europark. Has all the necessities. The price was great for the location.

Could have clean and replaced the towels
Nice hotel but did not clean room replace towels tidy beds etc and we were there two nights. Told to leave towels on the floor to be replaced and we came back after our second night to find wet towels on floor as not replaced

Fairly clean and modern accommodation. Unfortunately we stayed in a room with a door linked to another room, with very poor sound insulation. As a result we could not sleep due to noise made by our neighbours.

Hôtel propre et moderne. Dans une zone industrielle. La dame de l’accueil moyennement agréable ( nous lui avons juste demandé si elle parlait français, sa réponse : et vous, vous parlez allemand? Pas très sympa. De plus, réveillés à 2h du matin par des gens parlant très fort dans les couloirs ( pas de la faute de l’hôtel. Sûrement des clients irrespectueux..)

Check-in en dehors des horaires d'ouverture de l'accueil très compliqué, la borne 24h/24h présente dans le sas d'entrée n'est pas fonctionnelle, vous devez attendre désespérément que la personne de garde vous voit pour vous ouvrir. En dehors de ça l'hôtel est très propre est à 10 min d'Europa Park.
