Great location for Tokyo Disney, and our room was incredible with a view of Mount Fuji! Journey from central tokyo is easy (A few changes on the train and then the Disney monorail from Maihama) but quite slow and long during rush hour!

We booked for our Tokyo Disney trip. On our last night we wanted to forward some baggage to our Shinjuku, we were informed that they can only assist with luggage delivery between 7 am and 1 pm. This was kind of insane as 7 am is already quite late to be out of the hotel if you are going to Disney as queus start much earlier and the hotel isnt that near to either park entries and there is no way you will be back from the parks before 1 pm. Been to much simpler hotels where reception staff could assist with luggage delivery at any time. It was 6 pm and they said no staff could assist even though they were clearly just standing around as the hotel was empty. Disappointing.

Custoner service was above and beyond. THEIR basic items in the rooms are things that we sonetimes forget like toothbrushes, combs, hairbrush, toothpaste, cotton buds, hairties and hairbands they stock in rooms. Its amazing. Absolutely loved our stay. We were in walking distnaces to train station for Disneyland and Disneyland at Sea.

My daughter in law and I really enjoyed our stay here. The breakfast buffet was excellent with Japanese and western choices. The main lobby of the hotel is beautiful; especially at night, and the staff were very helpful. Easy to get to the Disneyland tram with a bus from our hotel. Our room was a bit dated, but it was clean the beds were comfortable- it was a great value!

Very easy access to Disneyland and Disney Sea. Room was small, but clean. Main foyer area is lovely. Swimming pool is not included in price and is very expensive. Not much around the area other than resorts.

I will definitely make this my choice when visiting Tokyo Disney again. The staff was very kind and helpful, even with my limited Japanese. Beyond having excellent shopping, and food options, being steps away from the Bayside Disney Monorail Station made beginning and ending my day easy.

We booked the room with the view of the bay, it was perfect! being able to wind down in the bathtub after a long day of travel or walking around the parks was 10/10. Highly recommend. NOTE: you will need to take a bus to the monorail station, and that station stops at the parks. The bus to the monorail stops right at the hotel which is extremely convenient. We stayed here for the first two nights of our Japan trip and loved it. The breakfast buffet was also very well maintained, had a lot of variety and was delicious. We ate at the hotel one morning and at the park the other. The food at the parks is probably better than any other Disney park we have been to. Overall we are glad we chose the Grand Nikko for the first part of our Honeymoon trip.

The free shuttle to Disneyland was a plus. The small store at main lobby with grocery and drinks was also a plus. Beautiful and quiet. Easy check in and out. I will stay here again next time I Am in this area. Easy JR subway system after we learned how to use it.
