This was a very simple place for a very reasonable price in a very good location. The quality windows really cut down the street traffic noise which was very helpful at night for sleeping. They also accommodated my bike in a secure location. I was very happy with this place. When checking in you may have to wait a little bit because someone is not always there. I was early to check in but once they returned everything happened quickly and easily.

Hotel owner was super friendly and helpful. Room was large and very comfortable. We were able to store our bikes in a secure area. Having a kitchen was awesome. Seems fairly recently renovated and has modern bathroom and room interior. Great locarion, basically in the downtown core and all major sights are walkable. I would stay here again. Recommended!

Excellent location in Mainz and very clean hotel. A bit sparse with furniture and decor (the room could have used seating other than the chairs at the table) but I thoroughly enjoyed my stay. The entrance is around the back of the property and there are a lot of stairs, but this was a great stop in Mainz.

This hotel is very well located to everything. It is quiet in spite of being part of a restaurant/bar complex. It was very hot when I visited and although a fan was provided, I really think they need to invest in air conditioning. That would make the price go up, though I am sure. The room was quite large and the staff very friendly.

A tad hard to find, but worth finding, and an easy walk to tons of sights and eating possibilities. The shower is a particular pleasure, with a rainfall shower head and a hand-held option, and the towel warmer really keeps the towel warm for you.

The accommodations were very nice for the price. However, there was no daily cleaning and resupply of towels. Wi-Fi was spotty at times.

We had a hard time FINDING the check in area at this hotel. After we finally did, the room was nice and offered everything we needed. Not having someone on staff in the evening for check-in was a bit frustrating. Also, it would have been nice to have a shuttle to the cruise ship instead of having to call a taxi.

Great location
Well located hotel, just a short walk from the square, the shops, the Rhine River and good food. Recently renovated and well done. Has a kitchenette including microwave. Modern styled bathroom.

Hotel is an apartment.
There is no front desk. Had to find staff by entering kitchen of restaurant at the address. Suite was clean but food was left in fridge, no hand soap and half a role of toilet paper was available. Emailed to ask for service and towels were changed, t.p. Was provided. But suite was really nice and extremely close to great shopping so we were still happy.

Great old-city location, but with many steps
Great location; clean as any hotel can possibly be. There was no reception desk, nor any employee there when we departed in the morning. There is no elevator and the many steps were a serious issue, due to the weight of our luggage and the fact that we are both older (68 and 75).

Good to stay at Havana
Good location, very close to everything you need e.g KD boat, bus, train station, local fresh market opening every Tue, Fri and Sat and Penny supermaket. Nice restaurants, city shopping center is just around the conner. The room is clean and very comfort.
