Fully equipped kitchen & dining room with electric stove, microwave & fridge/freezer; Kitchen appliances including sandwich press, rice cooker & coffee machine (guests need to bring Nespresso-compatible pods or purchase locally). Front load washing machine; Iron; Ironing board. Outdoor seating & dining area on front verandah. Secure garage for storage or parking for 1 car; Off-street parking on either side of the house or at the rear; Room for up to 3 vehicles off-street including a boat, truck or trailers. Sorry, pets not permitted.

DIRECTIONS: Once in Maitland, follow Robert Street north past the hospital & retirement village; and just after the cemetery on the left, turn right onto North Terrace. Follow North Terrace for around 400m to number 29 on the right, with a yellow holiday rental sign at the front.
