This is such an old building. The strong stench in the hallway of mold and cigarettes. Furniture in rooms is so old, window curtains are stained and the beds are very uncomfortable. The dining hall has dated and dirty furniture.

We always look to book Aryaduta hotels when we can as they consistently provide good service and comfort at prices that are very reasonable. This did not disappoint.

It was the first time for me to visit here. Hotel lobby was bright, staff was friendly. You can smoke at the lounge with welcome drink. Hotel room was big enough, ocean view was also nice. It is located just infront of sea. I think it is a nice choice for a hotel stay in Makassar.

Very Nice Hotel at a good price.
Stayed for several days as a stop over to Sorong. Several activities available around the hotel. Staff was very helpful when transferring to the airport. Room was clean and comfortable. Good food, especially the Buffets for breakfast, lunch and dinner. The meals are a good value. Buffet breakfast included and it is an excellent value.

Hotel starting to feel tried but friendly staff and room was clean. The bar for having a drink and watching the sunset has gone downhill and really needs a major re-vamp, as it's an old room that they have converted into a bar :-(

Tired but nice view
One night stay using Hotel.com but actually the Hotel promotional cost at that time was quite a bit cheaper. Good view but rooms are tired and old fashioned. Can't recommend the breakfast at all. The bread was hard nothing really tasty to enjoy.

Stayed here for 2 nights and enjoyed every second of it. A beautifully located 5 star hotel by Losari Beach and the old town. The service was really good.

Pleasant stay
This hotel is really recommended. It is located just across Losari Beach so you can get a great sea view from your room. There are also many local street foods nearby.

Hotel for Travel to Outer Islands
This hotel was located in the busy, traffic clogged area of Makassar.Snorkeling( but not diving) on Samalona Beach was excellent. Beautiful beach island. Getting there through a very rickety wharf and black dirty water was a bit tricky. Go early in the morning for a day long stay.Bring chicken from local carry out if you can't eat fish. Use this hotel as a base for travel to some of the outer islands. Pool was great for kids but mobbed around 4 p.m. for local swimming lessons.

A very good hotel, but a bit disappointing.
The atomosphere is very good but because it is a little old hotel, the shower system is not good, but hotels in Southeast Asia are almost the same everywhere. The air conditioner was broken, so I called a housekeeper.
