The property was close to the city square of Malaga. They were very accommodating to allow us to drop our bags and get the door code and arrive back to the apartment, after touring the city. However, this place had a heavy air freshener/ fragrance in the common areas that was very overpowering and gave me a headache! The second night of our three day stay, Our air conditioning didn’t work. After multiple requests to reset the air conditioner, it still didn’t work. They were accommodating and let us into a different apartment at about 10 PM, so we could good night sleep. We did like the location of this apartment.

Great little apartment hotel! Very clean and modern! Great value for the price! Close to everything. Comfy bed. Full kitchen was a plus! Although we did not use it, we appreciated the little snacks and water/beer in the fridge. Great place to stay in Malaga! Absolutely would stay again and recommend!

Very nice accommodation, had everything we needed and more, perfect location and very friendly and helpful staff. Only downside was the aircon didint perform as per the remote digital screen reading and the room wasn’t soundproof as advertised, but everything else was spot on. Would recommend

Here’s the revised version with your additional details included: "I booked a hotel through Expedia and called the property to request a quiet room. The staff member confirmed over the phone that this would be arranged. However, when I arrived and entered the room, it was extremely noisy. I could hear people shouting outside, and there was loud music coming from a nearby building. I contacted the same staff member, and she informed me that there was nothing she could do, and my room could not be changed. I then visited the front desk to ask for a solution, either a room change or a refund. She was quite rude and told me to contact Expedia for a refund. When I contacted Expedia, the Hotel denied the request and continued to refuse the refund. If you’re planning to visit Malaga, I don’t recommend this hotel, as I had a very bad experience. I also don’t need any apology emails or messages from the hotel because I believe they are not being truthful.

Great place in an excellent location. Some downsides though include: weak air conditioning, faulty keypad for the room and when messaging to say I was locked out it taking ~40mins to respond (in the daytime). Lastly it would’ve been good to have a lamp in the living room because the ceiling lights were pretty harsh.

I was surprised to receive an email after making reservation to remind the spa fees. I believe the use of spa should have been included in reservation and at the time of reservation, or the reminder must have been included before finalizing.

I chose this property last minute. It was an excellent choice. In the middle of everything but in a quiet back street. The apartment is very clean and comfertable I would highly recommend it Walking distance to the station to the airport and all local sights

Perfect location for seeing Málaga. Since I was getting in later than the check-in time, they were able to check me in virtually and sent me the instructions to get into the property. Very convenient.
