Apartment is located in one of the most typical fishermen's neighborhoods of Malaga.(EL PALO) .Its privileged situation on the first line of the promenade and just 6 Mt from the beach makes it a pleasure. Its maximum comfort is equipped with everything you may need for both household items and lingerie. It also has air conditioning (cold, heat) and Wi-Fi totally free. It consists of a room with a double bed of 135 and a window overlooking the sea. A second bedroom with two bunk beds In the living room you will find a large window overlooking the sea, TV, sofa bed dining table (Recommended 2 children) and kitchen integrated in it, the bathroom has a large shower. Lovely apartment right next to the beach and close to lots of restaurants. Great location to get into Malaga using number 11 bus with bus stop round the corner. Lazaro was incredibly helpful. Some knowledge of Spanish required for communications.

Amazing place 😀
This place was outstanding! The location provided everything you could ask for. The host met us and explained everything. We were missing a coffee pot and he had it there within 30 minutes. The beach 🏖️ is right out the window and provides a boardwalk right outside that has lots of restaurants and bars within walking distance. The bus stop is just 2 minutes away to head to old town and other sites. We couldn’t have been more pleased with our stay there. Highly recommend this place.

Place was o.k. One issue was the lack of a balcony. A window was enlarged to install patio doors with a railing. But you are not outside when the patio doors are opened. You are still in the living room. Also, the internet worked for the first two weeks but not the last week. Location was as advertised, but basic Spanish is required it is very difficult to find anyone who speaks English or French.

Die Wohnung im 1.Stock bot eine super Aussicht auf Strand und Promenade. Die Ausstattung war gut , sehr sauber und alles war für einen Aufenthalt vorhanden. Der Vermieter war sehr freundlich und erklärte alles verständlich trotz Sprachbarrieren. Das Bett war für uns etwas schmal, aber sonst ok. Warmwasser und -druck in der Dusche waren sehr gut. Das kleinere Zimmer mit Etagenbett roch etwas muffig.Unabhängig vom Raumklima ist es mE nicht für Erwachsene geeignet.

Perfekte Lage
Wir haben den Aufenthalt in Lazaros Wohnung sehr genossen. Sie war sauber, für die Kinder gab es ein separates Zimmer und der Meerblick mit eigenem Ausgang. Direkt zum Strand war grandios. Die Kommunikation und das Ckeck-In mit dem Gastgeber liefen ganz wunderbar, er war zeitlich für uns flexibel und hat uns auch sonst ein paar gute Tipps gegeben. Für Menschen, die kein Spanisch sprechen, ist allerdings ein Handy mit Übersetzungs-App nötig.

Het appartement ligt prachtig aan het rustige stuk van de boulevard in El Palo. Vanuit het huis namen we dagelijks een frisse zeeduik. Alles wat je nodig hebt is aanwezig en de eigenaar is klantvriendelijk en staat meteen klaar. Een echte aanrader!!!

Super Lage, Ausstattung lässt zu wünschen übrig
Die Lage des Apartments ist absolute Spitzenklasse. Besonders mit Kindern, direkt am Strand und auf der anderen Seite ein superschöner großer Spielplatz. Busverbindung nach Malaga ist ebenso hervorragend. Haltestelle 2 Minuten entfernt und der Bus fährt alle 10 Minuten. Die Ausstattung der Wohnung lässt allerdings zu wünschen übrig. Alles ist schon ziemlich in die Jahre gekommen, es gibt keine Tassen oder Schüsseln. Das Warmwasser reicht nur für eine Person zum Duschen, wenn man sehr schnell macht auch für zwei (dafür kann der Vermieter aber ab wahrscheinlich nichts). Kein Backofen und auch keine Grundausstattung an z.B. Salz, Öl etc. Kinderzimmer ist sehr eng und es gibt nicht besonders viele Aufhänger in den Schränken, also Stauraum für Kleidung ist etwas rar, gerade wenn man vielleicht ein paar Tage länger bleibt oder zu viert ist. Die meiste Zeit verbringt man sowieso draußen, also wer am "Luxus" Abstriche machen kann, für den ist diese Wohnung eine super Option!

Todo perfecto! Ha sido un placer pasar algunos dias de vacaciones aqui. EL anfitrion muy amable y disponible. Aconsejo alojar aqui, justo en frente de la playa y de la mar. Volveré seguramente!

Bolig med fantastisk beliggenhed
Boligen levede fuldt op til vores forventninger. Tæt på bus og indkøb i et autentisk miljø. Selv om boligen ligger ud til strandpromenaden, var der ikke generende støj. Fantastisk at vågne og sove til lyden af bølgeskvulp. Boligen var ren og alt fungerede som det skal. Boligen kan klart anbefales.
