Bright and sunny 1BR apartment newly refurbished. It has four Andalusian balconies and features a fully equipped kitchen, fast WiFi (6MBit), flat screen TV, A/C, separate bedroom, pull-out couch in living room, modern bath and elevator. It is in one of the main shopping streets in the historical center; just steps from the main tourist attractions of the city such as the Thyssen Museum, Picasso Museum, our fabulous Mercado de Atarazanas and commercial Larios Street. Steps from all means of public transportation.

Parfait pour un couple nous y avons passé 31 nuits, l’appartement répond à la description. Propriétaire très coopérative, répond rapidement à toutes nos questions. Localisation parfaite pour découvrir Malaga et ses environs.

Appartement très agréable
L,appartement est bien conçu pour un couple. Propre, lumineux, bien équipé,sécuritaire,et bien organisé. De plus, il est vraiment bien situé dans le centre de la vieille ville. Tout peut se faire à pied, visites, courses, plage, restauration etc... Il est très facile aussi d'accéder au réseau de bus , qui peut nous amener, par exemple aux plages plus excentrées. Nous remercions Palma pour son accueil chaleureux, sa disponibilité et sa gentillesse.

Aucun bémol,tant sur les promesses des photos, que sur l'environnement. Bruit raisonnable pour un centre ville d'une grande ville active.Depuis 30 ans que nous voyageons en Andalousie toujours selon le même schéma, c'est à notre avis ,l'un des meilleurs rapport Qualité/Prix.que nous pouvons constater. Palma,l'hôtesse nous a reçu très chaleureusement,dommage qu'elle ne parle pas Français... Petit plus :des produits de première nécessité tels que :café,thé,sucre,confiture,huile vinaigre... ainsi que sacs poubelle,nécessaire infirmerie,anti-nuisibles(bien qu'ils n'y en aient pas). Le top quoi ! Bonne vacances à vous.

Appartement parfait !
Nous avons passé un très agréable séjour dans cet appartement décoré avec goût et parfaitement situé dans la vieille ville : très proche des restaurants mais dans une rue plus calme (rue de commerces qui ferment à 21h30). L'appartement est très bien équipé, avec un bel ensoleillement en fin de journée. Palma, la propriétaire est charmante. je recommande vivement cet appartement idéal pour 2 personnes.

Lovely Malaga
This is a lovely, modern apartment in Old Town close the excellent central Market and easily within walking distance to all main attractions, many restos and shops. I appreciated the tasteful decor, lovely big windows/balconies with shutters thst keep out any street noise - which was not a big issue - no late night restos on the street. Modern bathroom, good kitchen. We made it home for 6 nights. And host Palma was attentive and helpful.

Malaga Centro
The apartment in Centro Malaga had everything we needed for a two week stay. Our host Palma went out of her way to ensure all the technology in the apartment was up and running correctly before she left. The bed was comfortable and the view from the balcony excellent with lots of natural light coming in through the windows. There were some essentials for cooking, excellent tea and coffee plus a cold beer in the fridge.Would highly recommend.Mary and Gary

Loving Malaga
I stayed an entire week at this very comfortable apartment right in the pedestrian center of Malaga. The location was excellent and quite safe. Palma was a great hostess, answering all my inquiries very promptly. The elevator was broken for 3 days after the torrential rains, but as soon as I told Palma she had someone come to fix it. She also gave excellent recommendations for restaurants and grocery stores nearby. One advice I have for visitors is to bring ear plugs to sleep at night. The street below can be noisy, as shops and restaurants are opened until late at night in Malaga and there are hundreds of people roaming the streets. On some days I could also hear noise and conversations from adjacent apartments.

Great flat in the historic centre of Malaga
The flat was very close to museums, the market and bars and restaurants the historic centre. We were able to walk everywhere. The kitchen had everything we needed. The bed was comfortable. And the shower room modern and convenient. Palma went out of her way to meet us the night of our arrival and was easy to contact, if needed. A great place to stay in Malaga.

Perfect choice!
The apartment was perfectly located, well equipped, bright , clean and well furnished with a comfortable bed and charming art work (I especially liked the picture of the giant bull in profile!). Unfortunately I was not well during my stay but was grateful to have such a lovely apartment to stay in. Palma checked in with me regularly which was very much appreciated and she directed me to a nearby private hospital where I received excellent medical care. I highly recommend this apartment.

Everything you need is provided (and more!). Fantastic location for all the main places to visit in Malaga. Comfortable apartment, spotless and bright. Would highly recommend. Slight issue with the lift on the last day but not a major problem. Unsure if there were instructions in case of fire? Overall, wonderful!

Great location, great apartment
Palmas apartment in the centro of Malaga is the perfect spot to stay in Malaga close to all the happening in the city, one block over from Larios. Everything was great, the apartment was clean and comfortable, Palma was a fantastic host greeting us on arrival and assisting us with taxis to / from the airport. Highly recommended.

Superschöne, gemütliche und sehr saubere Wohnung in zentraler Altstadtlage. Alles ist möglich: von Kultur und Sightseeing über Altstadtbummel und Shopping bis Strandurlaub... perfekt!!! Kulinarische Köstlichkeiten aus der Markthalle "Mercado de Atarazanas" haben wir in der gut ausgestatteten Küche selbst zubereitet, aber natürlich auch in den zahlreichen Tapaslokalen und Chiringuitos genossen. Es bleiben keine Wünsche offen...

Si tous les appartements étaient aussi propres! Malgré l’absence de lave-vaisselle, la vaisselle était très propre. Plein de petites attentions, mouchoirs, café, belles serviettes, shampoing. Bel accueil par Palma. Central. Seul défaut, les voisins d’en haut entrent tard et portent de gros souliers.

Fijn en comfortabel appartement in hartje Malaga
Wij hebben een fantastische week gehad in dit fijne appartement. Uitkijkend op een oude kerktoren, met het gezellige geroezemoes uit de drukke winkelstraat vonden wij er alle comfort en gezelligheid. 's Middags kon je in de openslaande deuren in de zon zitten. Was nu in april erg lekker. Alles is er aanwezig om ook een langer verblijf te hebben, inclusief wasmachine, droogrek en strijkplank. De kastjes met houdbare spullen erin zoals koffie, thee, olie, kruiden maakten het kopen van dingen die je maar weinig gebruikt, overbodig. Het ligt werkelijk hartje stad, dus alle bezienswaardigheden liggen op kleine afstand. Een aanrader!
