Staff were lovely and always helpful. The night desk staff even produced ice when I had fallen and hit my cheek. Breakfast was excellent. Room was very comfortable. Air con was a bit noisy but I got used to it. Great location for train and metro. Only 10 minute walk to the old city.

Helpful staff, clean room Well positioned hotel for transport close to 2 train systems bus stops and bus station. However not sure if I missed something but there was no milk or coffee provided in the room over the 3 nights I was there. The shower in my room was laid out in a way that even a weak shower jet let water outside of the half way along shower tray provided glass shield meaning a towel was needed to prevent water from spilling over floor but May biggest concern which should be brought to the hotels managements attention is that the shower tray, which runs the width of the room is smooth ceramic and vary slippery one wet and soapy. I felt the need to lay a towel on the floor of the shower tray to prevent the likelihood of slipping. To my mind lack of a mat or roughened surface of shower tray is an accident waiting to happen.

We loved staying at this hotel , fantastic position only a few min. walk to centre of City , Marina and the Train Station ! Very comfortable hotel with a great buffet breakfast. Ask for a higher floor , we were on the 4.Floor and had a nice view.

Staff very friendly and helpful with any questions about the city. Not far from the main shopping centre or the harbour with it's abundance of shops and restaurants. Excellent choice with the hotel's breakfast both hot and cold. Metro just around the corner too. Have used this hotel at least twice a year for the last 10 or more years. Highly recommend it.

Very friendly,helpful staff and good room with comfortable bed and the added bonus of a bath. Only disappointment was the breakfast which had a lot of choice but quality of bread,orange juice ,coffee etc was mediocre. Overall a good base for any visit to Malaga.

Great breakfast, close to train station. The room was comfortable and breakfast was terrific. We chose the hotel hoping to do laundry but found out upon arrival that there no laundry facilities only laundry service. All was not lost, the staff made up for it by locating and providing directions to close-by laundromats.

A very clean comfortable hotel with friendly staff very close to Alameda Central station so easy to access from the Airport. Within easy walking distance to Calle Larios and the old centre of the city. My room was cool clean and quiet!
