The hotel is ok, room condition is nice, location is good and the bed is quite comfort but the service from the front line persons (receptionist, door man) is very bad...they don't great us when we touch down at the lobby, they did not give us welcome drink which is one of their duty. Also the person who incharge for cleaness of the pool in the morning did not care of the quest's need like a towel. That was too bad

Class service and stay
We have always been comfortable n confident with Harris. It was a relaxing stay. Love the architecure. Love the pool. Even if the malls are a lil off but there is still shuttle service. Hopenu can accommodate more in the shuttle. Breakfast was good too. As always freindly staff.

The hotel have nice service, good and polite staff. The location is little bit further from Malang city, so if you go around Malang city area you might want to consider other hotel. The room condition need more maintenance and neatness, but it has nice swimming pool and the hotel is perfect for family of small kids. Overall, the hotel is fine.

Situated in 'riverside' the hotel is in a nice area away from the hustle and bustle. Self contained with restaurants & a pool. Clean tidy rooms, very good value for money.

Relax, fun, happy
The staff were very helpful, kind and friendly. The pools were great, my sons and their cousins were having great times swimming at the pools. We had fun while eating breakfast thanks to the staff who performed energetic dancing in front of the pool / resto. Bravo.

The Lobby is ok but not the receptionist
The hotel's lobby is great but people who's taking care of our check-in was not that great. Not smile at all and seems to be bother by us standing infront of him. The rooms were looked alright until you hear noise from the room above you, next to you and from the corridor. Foods at the restaurant tasty enough but they use iceberg lettuce instead romaine/cos for Caesar Salad.

Thin Walls and Ceiling
The receptionist, obviously, the supervisor of the day, he was not warm enough to take care of us during check-in. Maybe 7 rooms we booked were bit too much for him to handle. He insists we better be sitting so he could concentrate. With the thin room's wall, ceiling and no carpet we could hear almost everything from the room above and from the corridors. So, it's not a good choice for a light sleepers.

Harris hotels are consistently good. However the property in Malang is great, an oasis in a very busy city. Cheap, clean rooms and beautiful gardens.
