I have stayed at this Hotel twice due to its location to my partners parents. 5 years between the visits. The rooms are looking tired, requiring a face lift and carpets to be cleaned. Foot towels need to be renewed and are grey and out washed. The service however is impeccable, friendly open and very accommodating. I will say that having to pay £7 a beer has put me off returning and looking at other options

An okay hotel but don’t expect too much
> Pros: 1. Wide-selection of buffet breakfast items (quite large buffet selection for a 3 star hotel) 2. Very good service and very helpful staff members 3. Fast & Stable Wifi Connection 4. Good city view 5. Relatively tasty F&B items 6. Reasonable prices 7. Close to local shopping centres Cons: 1. The hot water shower was not working on my last night there 2. For buffet breakfast, they charged IDR 25k extra for lattes & cappuccinos, something that hotels in Indonesia don’t usually charge in Jakarta 3. A bit far from Tourist Attractions
