Excelente ubicacion a un paso de la estacion de metro Tribunal, a 10 minutos caminando de Gran Via. Excelente Servicio por parte del personal y habitaciones bonitas, limpias y super comodas. La renovacion de habitaciones muy bonitas. Altamente recommendable.

Room was spacious and clean. The beds were comfortable (twin beds). The mini fridge, microwave, and sink were useful. Highly recommend adding another table for placing luggage instead of on the floor. Staff were responsive and nice. Take note you have to go up a flight of stairs to get to the elevator. Concierge staff helped carry up our luggage. Location is great!! Close to a metro and easy to get a taxi. 10min walk to Gran Via, near a lot of shopping.

For the price we paid, this property is definitely overpriced. -They didn't even have electric kettle to use nor provide basic things like coffee or tea. Not sure how this property can be categorized as a 3 stars hotel. -The bathroom door was problematic and needed a hard push and pull to move. -The shower water pressure was really weak and it took awhile to heat the warm water. - The walls are so thin we could hear the units next to us very clearly. If you stay on the weekend like we did, be prepared for the noise on the street level. Save your money and stay elsewhere.

Don’t let the exterior of the building fool you, this is a recently renovated, hip aparthotel! Our suite had everything we needed. Not great natural light, but ultimately we weren’t in the room too often during the day, so not a big deal, just important to note if you expect to work from the room.

Property was okay but for the price it was quite high. The location is good but some homeless infront of the property area. The bathroom door was quite annoying as it did not cover each end of the doorframe and would slide back if not held. It was clean though and the bed was comfortable. Overall it wasn't a bad stay but I'd try elsewhere next time.

Nos gustó mucho nuestra habitación. Aun se encuentran en remodelación las facilidades de este hotel, pero es muy buena opción si deseas recorrer Madrid sin alquilar vehiculo...solamente uso de transporte de trenes y buses.

Good location with all you need right by, metro access right out front, only 5min walk to the edges of city central area. Nice size room, nice bathroom .... Renovation work being carried out room by room currently to update etc. Front desk were helpful if required

Plan where you’ll park in advance, then everything will go smoothly. Location is great for shopping, dining and experience young Madrid, which means police sirens might wake you up at night. Just the stuff of big and dynamic cities.
