En este hotel no hay personal, durante nuestra estancia tuvimos distintos problemas relacionados con el ruido. y música a altas horas de la noche, falta de agua caliente, internet sin funcionamiento y nadie responde. Este lugar solo tiene como personal, un señor mayor que funge como vigilante pero también lo ponen a intentar resolver lo demás aunque no esté capacitado. No hay gerente ni otra persona más que te ayude a resolver lo que pasa. Si otro huésped te pone música a las 3 am, el hotel te pedirá que te cambies de cuarto en lugar de hacer algo por parar la música. Muy mal,

Todo muy bien solo la habitación pues no fue con vista a la piscina y también nos gusta ver una buena peli ya en la noche y pues ya la tele algo vieja solo agarra 5 canales y se ve muy mal solo te dejan estar en la piscina hasta las 7 y pues no la ocupas por el horario, ojalá mejoren esas cosas y sería una excelente estancia para la familia
