The top floor beachfront residence offers everything you could want for a perfect stay. With three spacious bedrooms and two bathrooms, it’s ideal for family or friends. The self-contained setup means you have all the conveniences of home, including a stocked kitchen and laundry facilities. The massive garages are a great bonus, providing plenty of space for both your car and boat.

At the end of the day, relax on the ocean-facing balcony, where you can soak up the sun or enjoy the mesmerizing moonrise over the waves. Whether you're into beach strolls, boating adventures, or just unwinding with breathtaking views, this place offers it all.

The Space:
The main bedroom, with its walk-in wardrobe and ensuite, offers plenty of space, while the additional rooms with built-in wardrobes offer plenty of storage and flexibility.

The main living area’s oversized lounge, dining room, and kitchen, which opens up to a deck with a bay view, is the perfect place for both relaxing and entertaining.

Located next to the Three66 Espresso Bar in Lilli Pilli is a great perk for coffee lovers.

Guest Access:
You'll have access to the entire top floor of this place and the main double garage and driveway.
Please note that unless you have separately booked the fully self-contained ground floor, there might be other guests downstairs who will have access to the single garage and the garden areas and will enter via their own entrance downstairs.

There is no access between downstairs and upstairs in this dual key configuration.
