We always enjoy staying in properties in Snow Creek, and this one had a great view. We appreciated the manager's responsiveness to some of the issues we noticed the first couple of day (door lock and access code not working, no screen on the master deck door, issue with a broken shade), but there were additional ones that came up during the week that we didn't have the time to deal with. The biggest concern was that the TVs/cable were glitching the whole time, which was a huge bummer because we were there during the Olympics. From a safety perspective, they need at least one smoke alarm upstairs, and functioning alarms downstairs (they weren't working). Also, some baseboard moldings had fallen off and were on the ground with exposed nails in the upstairs bedroom (one person almost stepped on it). We really just wanted to relax and not deal with coordinating getting all of that fixed, so I stopped reaching out after the first few requests/inquiries. Other suggestions include some furniture on the deck (no seating at all for morning coffee), and allowing the guests to turn off the heater (it kept re-setting to temp that was really hot at night). The management team and the cleaning company (I met the owner and she was great) seem solid, so I'm confident that can all get resolved before the next guests arrive.
