Seasonal Road Closure Notice: HWY 120 (Tioga Pass) generally closes for the winter from late October through late June. Daily closures can also occur during periods of inclement weather in spring and fall. The Eastern entrance to Yosemite National Park is located 45 minutes from Mammoth Lakes. Yosemite's Eastern Gate or Tuolumne Meadows is not accessible when Tioga Pass is closed. All other Yosemite National Park entrances are open year round. Lobby under construction, which was uninviting when we arrived. Arrive two hours before 4 o’clock check in and staff was unable to accommodate an early check-in, even though it appeared there were rooms available. Television and living room would not work, however, staff came up quickly and fixed it.

The upkeep of the property shows some lack of details, such as the master bath's shower special turn-on instruction, other bath's shower handle being loose, no room heating control instruction. And the jets on 2 of the 3 spas didn't work.

Highly recommended Hotel
The front desk gave us a room with a great view. The room was separated from the living area. It's clean, has good space, a nice kitchen, and a comfortable bed. The front desk was very nice to explain to us where to visit in town. Everything is satisfactory. We would reserve again.

First time in this area and the resort was a great location to be at. Staff were friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. This is the 'shoulder' season, so things were quite quiet, but there's a lot to do in this area.

Our go-to resort for Fall foliage viewing getaways
My family and I are repeat patrons to this fine resort for our annual Fall foliage viewing trip to the Eastern Sierras. This resort has never disappointed us. Their fully furnished rental condo units allows us to enjoy the comforts of home but in a mountaneous surroundings. Groceries, eateries, etc are just a short drive away or you can also opt for a free shuttle service that the resort offers. My family and I will definitely be back again in the future!
