Hotel in very poor condition
For the charge we paid, the hotel was outrageous. There was long hair everywhere on the floor, in the room, bathroom, floor was very dirty (my soles were black within a minute of walking barefoot on the hardwood floor!). Paint was peeling in the bathroom. Hotel staff in the breakfast area did not speak English at all. They could have had at least one person that could? I have not had such a poor stay at paid accommodation.

The staff was friendly but service was a bit lackadaisical. The place is functional but very run down. I thought the rate we paid was extremely steep given the conditions, but I guess they can charge such rates given the location.

We waited 40 minutes in the lobby for someone to come, there was a sign on the table "I'll be back soon". The TV in our room did not work, the worker said that he could not do anything: he tried to fix the TV himself but it did not work.

No AC for 20F! We had to ask about it. They provided us a very old and very noisy electric heater for our two days stay!! They didn’t clean up our room for our second day stay, which we never experienced before and not even heard about it!! So, we had to ask for towels and soaps for us!!!

Not sure where to start. The room is nice, but very dated. Only a gas heater and no AC, so the room was always stuffy because there is no outside ventilation. When we opened the window, it got stuck and was very difficult to close, The room did have two standing fans. No fan in the bathroom, so using the bathroom resulted in very embarrassing moments for the three of us sharing the room. TV did not work because it had a parental lock, and the staff could not swap out the TV because it was a Saturday evening. The breakfast was good, staff are nice and helpful, but the stay would have been much more enjoyable if the room had been better.

Quality can be better
I do not understand why the breakfast times are different for weekdays and weekends. On weekends, it starts late by one hour. The room was average. Two lamps to serve 90% of the room. It felt dark most of the time. No AC/heater. Bed comfort was below average. Breakfast was good. Spa center was awesome. Housekeeping service was great. With over $150 bucks a night, I expect better.
