Seasonal Road Closure Notice: HWY 120 (Tioga Pass) generally closes for the winter from late October through late June. Daily closures can also occur during periods of inclement weather in spring and fall. The Eastern entrance to Yosemite National Park is located 45 minutes from Mammoth Lakes. Yosemite's Eastern Gate or Tuolumne Meadows is not accessible when Tioga Pass is closed. All other Yosemite National Park entrances are open year round. Great spot in Mammoth!
Very nice hotel and the spot in Mammoth to stay. Super clean, freindly staff, very quite location. My only complaint is some of the fixtures, plugs, etc. need repair.

Try to get an interior view room. The view of the village or pool. The exterior rooms are extremely loud due to construction. It was awful. The air conditioning was very poor in our room. Needless to say we couldn’t open our windows at night because of the bright lights and noise from the construction all night! Not worth the price!

This was a good choice for a place to stay in Mammoth but this is still a ski condo and shows some wear. There are a few places in this Village area for eating but I think most are in the main downtown.

Great location, but the property itself is a bit run down. They are currently off season (September) and there are not a lot of people in town vacationing or working. Lots of restaurants are closed. Nice and quiet though.
