The villa features a recently built pool, surrounded by several comfortable sun loungers spread across the lawn, perfect for napping outdoors. The terrace is equally cozy, with airy furniture that ensures a fresh, summery feel. In the evening, the barbecue becomes the focal point, ideal for enjoying delicious meals in good company. After drawing the curtains, lighting some candles, and opening a bottle of local wine, the evenings acquire a special aroma and charm.

Interior and Layout:
"Ca Na Marina" stands out for its comfortable single-story layout and attractive facilities. The elegant black and white details, large sliding glass doors, and a particularly spacious, high-gloss, and fully equipped kitchen impress from the first moment.
