A large rural house with a typically Mallorcan aspect, but which contains within it all the features of a modern house with up to date amenities. It offers the tranquillity of a countryside location yet is just minutes from the incredible beaches of Manacor, also very close to the centres of Manacor and Felanitx. The house has 4 bedrooms, each with two beds. These can be used as single or double beds, thus the house can accommodate 8 people. There are 3 bathrooms, one of which has a bathtub and the other two with shower. In the common area there is a spare bed.
The house comprises 199 m² of accommodation, surrounded by garden. Guests can enjoy panoramic views of the countryside from the large private swimming pool. There are 15 m² of terrace with barbecue, table and deck chairs so guests can enjoy the house’s external areas. The plot has a perimeter fence to maintain privacy.

All the areas are spacious and light and enjoy unobstructed views.
For leisure or work purposes, the house benefits from access to the Internet (Wifi) and there is central heating to keep the house warm during the winter period.
The kitchen is American-style and very spacious, with a modern glass table, a glass ceramic hob, fridge-freezer, microwave, oven, washing machine, dishwasher, crockery and kitchen utensils, cafetiere, fryer, toaster, kettle and juicer.
There is parking outside the house which is located within the premises of the property itself.
