Located in the heart of the town, the property is surrounded by neighbors, offering a taste of local life. Inside, the house provides a comfortable and inviting atmosphere. The living room is perfect for cooling off with AC while watching TV, and features a fireplace for added coziness. The spacious dining room is great for enjoying meals prepared in the fully equipped kitchen, which includes a gas cooker. The property also includes a washing machine, tumble dryer, iron, and ironing board. On the ground floor, you'll find a double bedroom and a bathroom with a shower. Upstairs, there's a work area with AC and a fireplace, leading to three additional bedrooms: two with double beds and one with a single bed (one of which has access to a terrace).
