Fabulous hotel
Fabulous 3 night stay. Staff in all areas of the hotel are extremely polite and cannot do enough for their guests. The communal areas are spotlessly clean and water and coffee are available all day in reception. The choice of food is excellent at breakfast and the waitors very attentive. The pool area is also extremely clean and well maintained. I would definitely recommend.

Weekend at Radisson
Was not dealt with well at reception during check in. Was offered upgrades and when i explained that I was entitled to these upgrades with my Radisson VIP membership, all of a sudden the room upgrade was not available. Had to get a manager to resolve. Was given a non smoking suite....that smelled of smoke. Was told that i couldn't access the Executive lounge, despite this being a benefit of Radisson VIP membership and me providinga confirmation email from customer service.....was told that customer service is not the best source of information! They said they would check and get back to me....i had to follow up to confirm i can acccess. Paid for a rollaway bed...i had to chase up to get this delivered. Good breakfast and great service from the lady running the Executive lounge. No point having a membership program if they are going to treat members like this at check-in.

My family and I appreciate the two nights we spent at this hotel. Check in and check out were smooth and the food we had was great. We noticed that some parts of the hotel were under renovation and that had no impact on our stay. Our kids also enjoyed the time they spent at the playcare and crafts they made. The gym was a bit outdated but spacious and with plenty of equipment. My wife didn’t like that women weren’t allowed in the jacuzzi and that there was no time for women only to enjoy it. Regardless, we will stay at this hotel again.

nice room nice welcoming specially two ladies that helped me in front desk Saneha & Raquel they was very nice and and high Quilty service was provided I checked in really late at nigh and I asked when I extend the next day I told them if it possible to check out late they tried their best to help me and was really happy or their help also there is along I think it was in the 10th floor it was nice view to the bridge and the sea enjoy I enjoyed my light lunch out there :)) I would stay there again

This hotel is definitely not recommended. We were a group of 9 so we booked 3 rooms that sleep 3 each, however, we were surprised that the rooms only have 1 king bed and a sofa, NOT sofa bed just a normal sofa that doesn't fit a 10 years old child. The staff initially wanted to charge us the extra bed (which was also extremely small) but then after talking to the manager they didnt. So we paid for apartment rooms to be comfortable and we ended up not comfortable at all. Add to this that in 2 of the rooms the water in the bathrooms flooded so while taking a shower the entire room was covered with water. And the smell was the cherry on the top. In summary, even though i usually book in radisson blu in most of the countries, in Bahrain it is definitely not recommended. To be fair, they accepted giving us late checkout.

We’ve stayed at Radisson many times and we will continue to do so. Staff is so friendly and always willing to help. The staff in the swimming pool area are also great! We really enjoyed our time and cannot wait to come back.
