Service desk was okay. They answered my questions I had at the time. I forgot to ask where breakfast was being held but we found it luckily because of a note on the door. It was really awkward and I wasn’t sure how much we were allowed to have but they had cereal, toast, and waffles as well as coffee, orange juice, and apple juice. Not bad for free breakfast but not a full buffet obviously; just enough to get the job done! I had a few problems with the bathroom: there was a bug as soon as we walked in (not sure what kind, we just flushed/washed it away) the walls above the shower needed to be cleaned and the toilet, to put it nicely, wasn’t in good condition for anyone over 90 lbs! Lol Uhh what else? Tv with cable, nice/okay AC, and they had a cute folded towel in the bathroom (Soaps and shampoo are green tea scented) and free wifi you just have to get the password which at the time was summer2024. Not some fancy hotel but it did the job… wouldn’t stay too long though because most of the food places nearby aren’t too easy to walk to (we walked everywhere so that’s on us!) Hope this helps anyone else!

The property was under renovation and I wasn’t notified. The included breakfast consisted of cereal and sliced bread. The deadbolt on my door didn’t work. The ice machine was not accessible.

Terrible shape
To start, the office has signs explaining the building it’s connected to is too dangerous to go inside of and that it has violations in building codes. There weren’t any indications of where to go to actually check in and when I tried to call, I couldn’t get through to anyone. Once we did check in, there were tons of semi trucks and unsavory looking people loitering in the parking lot making us feel unsafe. The room looked like it hadn’t been cleaned, the carpet was filthy, there were bugs in the bathroom and what appears to be mold in the ceiling above the window. This room should never have cost $125. I didn’t even sleep under the covers. We only stayed one night and will never be back. Hotels.com Should do better about warning customers that these hotels have ordinances of broken codes and posted violations.

Beware condemned
The staff was great and friendly. Room was clean. BUT half the building is condemned! I wouldn’t have booked here if I knew that. I couldn’t cancel because I had a concert to get to right after check in. You all should put some kind of warning to let people know!

Worst stay ever!
My family has stayed in the Days Inn in different states; but this was the worst hotel my family has ever stayed in. It was unclean, it smelled, and there was mold in the bathroom. I secured 2 rooms for my out-of-state family and was embarrassed that there was that bad of a hotel in my city of Manassas. How can you have a hotel that bad? This will never happen again.

Was given a room already occupied and then questioned as if did not go to correct room even after told key worked. Front desk did not know how to handle and kept saying hold on. Left as was full capacity and no longer felt safe. Then was told could not refund as only manager could so call back.

Only reason for the one star was because of the night manager who tried really hard to help us. To start off with, the location itself gives you a bad neighborhood vibe, definitely not family friendly. There was no microwave provided as promised . Saw bugs in the room. Hot water is not consistent, had to shower with cold water. Breakfast was a joke by wyndham standards, first time in all these years i have seen them have frozen waffles, and the breakfast staff was rude as well.
