Broken furniture, smelled terrible, unsafe, door locks did not work nor did the outside door completely close

Absolutely horrible and disgusting room and customer service booked a non-smoking room. Got to the room couldn’t even stay in for five minutes before getting a headache from the strong smell of cigarettes. Bathroom disgusting splatters on the wall shower not clean beds look like they were sat on, or laid on, horrible customer service. All of the non-smoking rooms reeked of cigarette smoke horribly would not stay here if it was the last option.
