O hotel nunca se comunicou comigo e eu não fui para um hotel com minha família que nem se quer teve a coragem de confirmar minha estadia, era de madrugada quando cheguei com Crianças preferi outro hotel que se comunicava comigo.

It took 35 minutes before we were acknowledged as wanting to check in and another 30 minutes before we got our room keys. There were 5 people operating the checkin desk but only 1 seemed to have the authority to do anything. The locals seemed also to be frustrated at the long wait.

Cost savings (by hotel) evident everywhere you loo
Pitch black (i.e. very dark passageways) until you trip the sensors. Very little security on the windows of the room. Staff were asked twice to open my safety deposit box, but never did. Avoid this hotel - not in a nice part of town.

O que salva é a gentileza dos funcionários
Funcionários muito atenciosos e dispostos. Café da manhã deixa muito a desejar e variedades mas a equipe do café é formidável e gentis. O quarto tinha um box de chuveiro com lajotas e rejuntes muito mal assentados e sem o desnivel necessário, acumulava muita água . A maçaneta da porta saía ao ser utilizada . Roupas de cama de exelente qualidade e muito limpas.

No fue lo que pagamos pero bien en general
Buen hotel en general, decorados un poco retró, luces blancas siempre. Buen desayuno, staff a la mano. Cuando llegamos al hotel la habitacion que habiamos pedido no estaba disponible, tuvimos que escoger entre vista y una o dos camas. A parte de eso y el hecho que las tarjetas de ingreso a la habitacion se desactualizaban constantemente todo funciono bien.
