Great location
Great location with wonderful views over the city and in walking distance of everything we needed. Room was clean, tidy and tastefully done- bed was incredibly comfy! Beautiful bathroom with good shower - overall great. Please note that the lifts get very busy at checkout time- with only 3 lifts and 17floors it took a while to get one. Also reception was manic on checkout, staff were a bit abrupt and there is an additional city charge to pay on leaving you need to remember.

Lovely little pub and hotel
Staff were super friendly and helpful. Food was really, really good. Room was comfortable, clean and nicely done out. Overall a very pleasant stay for business but I’ll definitely return.

I booked a 'deluxe double room'. The room was great but the bathroom was adapted for disabled access which meant that using the shower totally flooded the floor, leaving 3cm of water across the whole bathroom which took a long time to drain. Very unpleasant wet feet, and a strong smell of damp. I asked to change rooms as soon as I checked in but was told I had booked this room type and it wasn't possible. Not true.
