Fantastic
Our check in was quick & easy the staff explained all times for breakfast, spa etc then we were offered a complimentary glass of Prosecco to drink on the front terrace & also nibbles were brought around. This was a lovely touch. The location for us was great 15min walk to the opera house for Burlesque & 20mins to Kings street for shopping. We ate in the restaurant as there was an offer because we were attending Burlesque we had 2 courses for £25 which included a glass Prosecco we did pay for Olives on top as they were on the nibbles tray earlier & were fantastic. Staff were great & friendly service was quick enough for us to get to show on time. The room was great comfy bed with 2 good pillows & great pressure hot shower everything we need. Fantastic hotel I would definitely book this next time I’m in Manchester

Really liked the hotel. It was clean and quite quiet for a city hotel. Bed and linen comfortable. Fantastic location - lots of bars and restaurants nearby. The steam room and sauna was a bonus.

A spacious room with a very uncomfortable bed. A foam topper or nice mattress pad would do wonders. The amenities of the hotel were great. The staff was friendly. The restaurant was a bit inconvenient- we made a reservation for tea and were turned away upon arrival because the reservation wasn’t made 48 hours in advance. That was a disappointment. But the morning breakfast served was enjoyable. I understand that is provided by a different service.

We stayed one night and ended up extending for two more nights. The hotel is centrally located and is right by the tram and train stops. The rooms are spacious and very quiet. The food at the hotel restaurant is lovely. We would definitely stay again if we find ourselves in Manchester in the future.

Lovely modern hotel, check bathroom before booking
We stayed at the hotel for an evening as we were attending an event at Bridgwater Hall. The location for that and central Manchester was great. Staff pleasant and helpful. Hotels clean and modern. Food (only had breakfast) was very good. Couldn’t order two cocktails (23:00) as the bar had run out of crushed ice and some ingredients to make the cocktails (simple ones mind) I thought this was poor considering it was only 23:00 and the bar at that time wasn’t busy (not sure if it has been earlier) either way, to not be able to order two different cocktails at that time was a let down. What let it down for us was the bathroom arrangements. The idea of a half open plan bathroom seems ok and modern, but in practical terms not the best. You have to walk out of toilet room without washing your hands, as the sink is on other side of door, away from toilet. If you need to go to the toilet in the night, you have to turn a light on for the toilet room which also turns a light on near the sink area which disturbed my other half. Lucky we are a couple, a few years into our relationship, but she said the idea of doing her makeup and brushing her teeth etc in front of a new partner (if it was a new relationship) would be far from appealing. The bathroom amenities need an overhaul in my opinion. This was the only thing that put us off about recommending the hotel. Other than that and the bar experience, we would recommend a stay.

Amazing Stay at Innside Manchester
We stayed at Innside Manchester for the Bank Holiday weekend and were not disappointed. The hotel was clean, very accessible to the City Centre (about a 15-20 minute walk) and the staff were lovely! Special shoutouts to Vanessa at Reception and another kind man whose name we couldn’t get, but was from Bangladesh. We used the spa facilities during our stay and they were lovely, although I think with a swimming pool it’ll be a lot more attractive. Our room was great with a comfy bed, a lovely rainfall shower and a nice city view! Overall a great hotel in a lovely location. We will definitely be back!
