Nice city centre hotel
We were visiting family and arrived at 2.40 pm even though check in was 3pm we thought we may have been able to check in but they said not so we were unable to change and had to leave our case at reception until we got back at 10 pm. We then went straight to bed, we were very surprised there was no bottles of water in the room. Breakfast was ok but very busy had to wait for items to be replaced. But overall nice hotel

Great Location
The location was excellent and the room fine. The small problems were: The room was not cleaned and prepared on our second day. Subsequently we were left without a bath mat, no milk for tea and no tea spoons. An unusual situation which we reported at the front desk

Amazing hotel Absolutely cannot recommend enough. Loved it when i first saw it and it lived up to my expectations. Room was lovely and quiet. Nice black out curtains Shower was incredible, partner made full use of all the settings. We went for breakfast on the last day and that was amazing. So much choice. Will definitely be staying at this hotel again

Best Hotel in Manchester
This hotel surpassed all expectations and should be incredibly proud of the efforts put in continuously by all staff members . From the second we stepped in the hotel until the moment we left we felt comfortable and delighted with the entire process of checking in to checking out . I would encourage everyone to stay at this hotel if staying in Manchester City centre , the location is perfect , the staff are incredibly attentive , the cleanliness of the rooms and facilities aswell as the lobby , check in desks and bar/restaurant is amazing and the staff are industry leading , this is the best hotel in Manchester and I urge everyone to experience it.
