Staff or owners need to learn to use a vacuum.Every carpet was loaded with filth. Elevators were filthy.Limited hot water in the shower. Paint peeling off the ceiling in the bathroom. My favorite was the pair of mens underwear that stayed in the same spot outside for the duration of our stay. Since they dont clean inside why should they clean outside. Ice machine on the second floor was completely dead. Bed was comfy though.

The hotel was convenient for our needs. The cost of having our dog with us was much more than the Best Western down the road. We'll probably stay at the Best Western next time we bring our dog.

The room was fine, bed was good, coffee in the room (but never enough cream), except the noise from the heating/colling system was extremely squeaky and loud. There were no other rooms available to switch to since it was booked full. The staff was very helpful and pleasant.
