Beautiful location, with an easy mostly flat walk to the heart of the city and its attractions. And after a day of hectic shopping and touring, look forward to returning to this safe and comfortable place for a recharge. There is a gym on the 4th floor of you aren't walked out yet. There is a basement carpark but has to be booked and costs GBP 15 a day

Would recommend staying at Cove
Lovely, clean comfortable apartment. Staff are welcoming. We prefer staying in an apartment to a hotel now and cheaper than the central Manchester hotels. Stayed for 2 nights, was visiting Manchester for a gig at Coop live and experience the Christmas Market. Location is good very close to Piccadilly gardens, easy access to shops and restaurants. Large NCP car park round the corner. Would recommend staying at Cove. We definitely will book again when we next plan to stay over.

Fabulous apartments in a great location. What makes Cove so special is the service provided. The reception staff can’t do enough for you. They go above and beyond expectations. This is the only place I will stay when I visit Manchester. Wonderful.

For my purposes the Cove on Minshull Street was close to perfect. I had a two bedroom two bath shared with a close friend. We had our own spaces, a large living/dining room and full kitchen. Some basic paper products weren't provided, such as tissues and paper towels ( they brought a box of tissues after ai asked). Location between the train station and center of Manchester was great. Easy walking to anywhere in town. Overall not fancy but just fine.

I stayed at the COVE for 3 nights in mid-October 2024 and was fully satisfied with my accomodations. It was an easy walk from the train station and the area was easily walkable to restaurants, pubs, groceries and museums. Check-in was very smooth and the front desk attendant was friendly and helpful. My room was spacious and very quiet with a great oversized bed. The kitchen has all I needed to cook if I wanted to (I didn't, us it beyond prepping simple cereal, fruit and yogurt breakfasts). The bathroom was plenty big with lots of hot water and good water pressure. If I get back to Manchester I would stay here again.

Where to start? Theres a host of options in central Manchester. I've tried several. But if you're there for a few days this is an excellent choice. Walk everywhere or catch a team, bus, train or taxi.

Fantastic property, clean, tidy has appliances, ie dishwasher, washing machine, fridge freezer etc. property on the doorstep of everything you need, shops and bars and restaurants. Might need earplugs though due to noise all night (even though it’s a weekday) ie, night life, bin men, road sweepers. (This not the property’s fault though it’s just the general area) Does not have modern TV unfortunately just digital channels so an upgrade in both rooms would be ideal, ie to allow Netflix etc. TV not central in bedroom for some reason just facing towards 1 person. Other than that amazing! staff really friendly and accommodating. Would stay again.

This hotel is amazing. It has everything you need. Very clean and spacious. Our room was like an apartment. It was super easy to communicate with them. It was in a good city center area. It has nearby stores and restaurants.

A really great stay! Loved the size of the apartment, it was absolutely perfect and the location was great. Car parking was secure, though a little bit annoying that you had to get out of the car to ring the intercom to get let into the car park - it would be much more practical and efficient to have the key card used to access the room, also programmed to open the garage door.
