A convenient, pleasant place to stay before our early morning flight. Staff were all friendly and helpful and facilities were great. We’d definitely consider staying here again

Booked the room as showed double bed and double sofa bed as we were 3 adult ladies. Only single sofa bed when arrived. They said they don’t do doubles even though I showed them the booking confirmation showing double. Pizza left in room from previous guests (which the did clear promptly when asked) Not even my name on the tv for booking so was sure we had the wrong room but they didn’t want to check or offer us the room we had booked. Had no choice as early flight but basically sold under false pretences. 77 year old auntie had an uncomfortable nights sleep on an old lumpy sofa bed & hadn’t wanted to share hence us choosing this room over another hotel. Good location though

We had no heating in our room. The system was broken. They did eventually provide two small portable heaters which made little difference. Would not visit this hotel again.

Nice easy check in, good size room, lovely big bed, nice bed linen. Big TV Nice bathroom Tea tray could be better, no other tea options apart from one, green tea or earl gray would be a nice option, not enough milk cartons.

We had a family room which was large and comfortable. In the morning a member of staff named Juan was walking past my room when I came out with my bags and offered to help me. He really went above and beyond. We were checked in by a gentleman from romania and checked out by a sikh gentleman both of whom were exceptionally friendly and helpful. The quality of staff was definitely excellent.

We parked in the mid stay car park in the worst weather.. we had to cross a really busy road, it was dark and a blizzard! Not the hotelsfault and ee were glad to be warm an ready to fly!

Nicu at reception added a night stay when we arrived due to snow causing onward travel problems. He was professional, kind and thoughtful as were every single member of staff we spoke to over our stay. We felt the staff enjoyed working for this hotel.

We had to use this hotel for a night after we had delays at the airport. Convenient and easy accessible. Everything is good apart from the £15 parking fee which was atrocious. You would think that you are staying in the hotel and the parking would be free. But this hotel charged us for the night parking.
