Great location, super friendly staff
I’ve stayed here several times, it’s one of my favourite hotels. The staff are always amazing and can’t do enough for you. I highly recommend this hotel. I spend 4 nights a week in hotels so I don’t say this lightly; this is the best hotel in Manchester.

Fantastic stay
The bed was super comfortable, clean and spacious. Loved the dark colouring of the hotel made you feel relaxed. The fire place in the reception area was amazing. Would definitely stay again. Can’t wait for the one at Manchester Airport to open. One question if this is read by the staff…. What is the scent you use in the rooms ?
