Double trouble
This is a standard sized room with two double beds crammed in and a rip off. Poorly equipped, no bedside table or even a shelf on either side of the doubles. You would need to be a contortionist to get out of one of them! Beds are very uncomfortable - too firm, they need a topper at the least. Poor design and substandard service from the Hilton. Staff don't really understand what the word hospitality means - it's more than a warm walnut" and chocolate cookie on arrival. £250 quid for a fitful night and that's without paying extra for breakfast or the additional charge for the shuttle to the airport. Getting across the road to the airport could be an Olympic event in itself. Book into a more premier hotel instead and save your sleep! *This review comes with an allergen warning

A bit disappointed. No signs or anybody to ask how to get to the hotel which is right across from the airport. After finally finding it we had to cross a busy road to access hotel. Meal at hotel restaurant was disappointing. Then found the beds very uncomfortable. We could feel the bed springs. To top it off the shower was pretty pathetic. Wouldn't recommend.

The room doesn't have Frigidaire! Room window cannot be closed and stuck? Bathroom door need paint/ repair. Lower cost option near the airport especially for terminal one. Foe terminal 2 other hotels near terminal 2 is better.
