I expected more from a brand like Hilton. The room service took almost 2 hours the pizza was cold and the drinks were incorrect. We waited so long we ended up just eating it. The excuse was that the hotel was understaffed and fully booked. This is really bad staff management. I will probably book elsewhere in future.

Excellent stay.
We stayed just one night before flying out of Manchester Airport and really enjoyed our stay. The hotel was clean, comfortable and offered excellent customer. Super comfy bed so we had a great nights sleep. Both dinner and breakfast were very good.

On arrival the reception told us that there was no parking we only booked it last week so things can’t have changed that much so we spent the next 2 hours frantically trying to find a parking space at an inflated cost we only booked the hotel for the parking and they said pay for extra parking when you get here
