Convenient for AO Arena but expensive
Convenient for AO arena. Nice hotel but way overpriced- even parking was £25 a night for members! Breakfast was satisfactory only.

The location is amazing for anyone who wants quick and easy access to the main city centre area. Our room was on the smaller side of a double room. The breakfast options were limited and there is not an option of what style of eggs you would like which was disappointing.

During check in the attendant at the desk was very rude. He demanded i need to pay and was adamant i hadn't paid due to the online payment system not working he did not let me speak a word i had to show him proof to listen to me and show clear proof i had pre-booked and paid on Expedia. Needs to learn basic customer service. Was very loud thinking he was in the right until he realised i had infact paid.

Hotel is nice and location is very good. However, on checking out I asked for a VAT invoice and the assistant refused to give me one, because I booked through Expedia. I need these to claim expenses for business travel and because I didn't get one, now I have to keep chasing the front desk via phone to send me one on email. Never had this problem at any other hotel.
