The room was not fully cleaned. I reserved a suite with two queen beds. The room I was given was only a two bed queen and a kitchen. When I asked them about the suite they told me the room was correct. I looked at the website and saw the rooms were still available and they refused to give us the room I reserved.

Well the front counter staff was excellent but the housekeeping was poor. We were there for 4 days and no one cleaned the room or have us any clean towels. We had to go to the front desk for towels. The breakfast was satisfactory.

IT WAS OK, room was pretty good, noisy . Refrigerator made a lot of noise as well as when the heat was on, loud. Did not receive any housekeeping, we did use do not disturb a couple of times , but, no one ever checked if we needed towels or anything. All in all average stay, not overwhelmed.
