Nice hotel but beware parking not included
We had a lovely stay. But i do have to add, when i arrived at the hotel, i asked the receptionist about where to park. He replied park at the NCP car park over the road, which we did. On our return to the hotel to check in, we asked about discount on the parking there upon which they replied not unless we had used the the Q carpark.. why why why would you recommend NCP then. Total cost £59. Booked this hotel because it said it had parking available. Obviously not so we felt we were mislead when booking the hotel and werent expecting a £59 extra charge.

Great hotel across from Bridgwater Hall. Lovely staff, very welcoming. Room was lovely too, didn't like pillows, a minor complaint. Free bus from Piccadilly station stops outside. Highly recommended

This property is lovely. Conveniently located near Manchester Central, it is extremely affordable but feels luxurious. Nicole checked us in and was as sweet as pie. She expertly let us know about all the amenities of the hotel. We took advantage of their delicious breakfast, I loved the pastries and sausage, my partner loved the sunny-side-up eggs. We also used the room service, I loved the steak sandwich and she loved the pizza. The rose lemonade is a must try! When we traveled 8 hours back home, we realized we left our bag at the hotel. Neil took care of us and made sure our bag got back safe and sound, he’s my absolute hero! 10/10 highly recommend.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at this hotel , and it was a delightful experience from start to finish. Upon arrival, we were warmly greeted by the lovely manager, who went above and beyond to ensure our stay was memorable by giving us a complimentary upgrade. The hotel's location is ideal, offering easy access to local attractions and amenities. The room was spotless, and the overall cleanliness of the hotel was impeccable. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone looking for a comfortable and enjoyable stay.

Great location for central Manchester visit. We have stayed in much nicer Leonardo hotels across GB, but room was adequate for a long weekend citybreak. Had some trouble with the AC, and reception was unreachable by phone during our stay, but otherwise adequate hotel!
