Heart of Manchester
Great location and comfortable stay for a private room in the heart of Manchester. Close to all transit, comfortable on a budget. It even has an elevator if needed. We stayed mid week so it wasn’t too loud but I could see that possibly being an issue at night.

Really nice accommodation in the centre of Manchester. Check in was easy and the room was quite spacious. One minor issue is the fact that you have to pay extra to use a towel. How can they afford to give you a spacious room but they cannot afford to give you a towel?

The only issue was that the bunk bed I stayed in had a built in cupboard and that was so hard to manage getting up the bunk bed and moving around. Have multiple bruises on my legs from the storage.

I’ve stayed at PH before and it’s a great hostel with competitive prices compared to other nearby hotels. I wouldn’t recommend staying on a weekend - it was incredibly noisy until 3am outside. The room was also absolutely boiling even though we turned down the radiator.

The location of the property is fantastic, central to the Northern Quarter. However until early hours in the morning you could hear the music and the customers in the bars across the road and downstairs really clearly through the single paned windows, we also were woken up around 8am with bottle bins being emptied rather loudly. You could also hear everything that went on in neighbouring rooms and corridors. We struggled to get any hot water in the shower and the Overall cleanliness could have been a bit better in the bathroom, clean the showerheads and fix toilet seat fittings. The staff were spot on, very friendly and happy to help.

Great location and just 5 minutes walk to the city center, spacious, very clean, graat price. Unfortunately it is quite noisy at night, while there is 2 pubs around, people are drunking until 1am.

Alot of work to be done but nice staff
To say we stayed in November there was no heating in the room as shown on the pictures and was absolutely baltic arriving also to find all windows open. Unable to turn on heated towel rail to try and get some warmth and the noise out side kept me awake
