Staff are lovely- can't fault the reception team. Great with my child. Rooms great- but need more pillows for the bed. One is not enough. We were first at breakfast and it was cold. This happened both days- and it's not cheap! Second time staying here and both time no towels available for the pool.

We booked a king bed but we're placed in a room with two singles. At 9am e we're disturbed by hammering and drilling in the next room. Front desk said refurbishments were ongoing. In addition check in was slow and unhelpful when we complained about the room and noise.

Nice place with good public transport connections
It's a great place to stay. you can find Bus and Tram connections in few mins walk. I have not used any spa or other facilities although the hotel management informed about it. The staff at the reception were friendly. It's hard to use the access cards.. I have not seen this type anywhere. Overall it's safe to stay.

Upon arrival it look nice, staff friendly. The room, was basic. Unusual choice of decor. It would have been nice to have a small fridge in the fairly spacious room we had. We had an iron that did not work but no ironing board. The bed was clearly 2 singles pushed together, the seams could be felt as one lay on the bed. It would be advisable to put a matress topper on the bed if this is the way you are presenting the double room. The only 2 pillows on the bed were quite thin, and of poor quality. The bathroom is quite dated, and basic. Not very well laid out. Breakfast was ok. Buffet style, cold yogurt in a bowl no refrigeration. Few other basic fruits. Cereals, the vending hot Drinks machine was typical of this type of buffet style breakfast.
