Pleasant stay
Spacious room with lovely toiletries. The hotel is within easy walking distance of Piccadilly station. Room was a bit cold, the team on reception turned on the heating when I asked. My room was close to the main road, which can be a bit noisy at night. Breakfast is excellent, great quality, good selection and plentiful.

Very clean & spacious rooms. Great location. Very friendly staff. Enjoyed the free breakfast but buffet area could be bigger. Very congested at times. Would definitely recommend this hotel & would stay again.

Excellent stay in Manchester
Me and my husband had a really lovely Stay for our 5th wedding anniversary here to Manchester and to see Peter Kay. We were greeted by Maggie who provided excellent customer service explaining all the facilities and even offered a room upgrade to us for our special occasion. The room was clean & the bed was comfy and the additional facilities in our room was great. The breakfast provided a great range from hot and cold and seemed to be coming out fresh regularly and albeit it’s a smaller seated dining space the staff were quick to clear away tables and clean tables to allow for people waiting to get seated quickly.

Room, breakfast, and hotel were fine, and the staff were all excellent. There were shops a couple of minutes away, and it was very handy for getting the team to our planned destination of co-op live. All round it was good value, especially with breakfast included, and I'd definitely consider it again.

Pleasant hotel within walking distance of major city centre attractions and minutes from Piccadilly rail station. lots of construction in area but that's city living! as with most new hotels these days, we chose not to have pre-dinner drink at hotel as 'the bar' has no atmosphere - indeed nobody was in it
